Ronnie is our lead pastor. Ronnie has a BA degree in Christian Education, an MA in Theology, a Masters of Divinity and is completing doctoral work. Surprisingly, Ronnie still has a life… he and Shannon enjoy outdoor activities, hanging out with their sons, Breckten and Talon, and investing in the lives of people. Shannon is an elementary school teacher. She played college basketball with several Final 4 appearances and loves life in Colorado.
Kristine Bombard
Falcon Community Youth Center Lead
Kristine and Mike are fulfilling a call of God in their lives for over a decade, as development of the Falcon Community Youth Center begins to take shape! As Director, Kristine will be working with a variety of local and national organizations to provide the very best opportunities for students in our Community.There is a tremendous need for the services the Youth Center provides students and their families in the Falcon/Peyton area. Gathering Stones is proud to partner and sponsor this effort as the catalyst entity! Kristine is a Staff Sergeant with the National Guard and has worked 14 years as Military Police and Supply Sergeant. She has been married to Mike for 5 years and has two wonderful children, Eva who is 3, and Elias who is 1. Kristine enjoys snowboarding, listening to music, and doing anything active!
Ron and Bev Bynum
Life and CornerStone Lead
Gathering Stones celebrates as Ron and Bev Bynum join the leadership team! Once you meet the Bynum’s, you feel like you’ve always known them: sincere, transparent, loving and caring. Ron and Bev have served God faithfully in a variety of roles including: leading worship, small groups and serving on the mission field in Africa. Today they join Gathering Stones in fulfilling God’s mission in their home community of Falcon! Ron and Bev enjoy: spending time with friends and making new friends, taking in a “Fighting Falcon Air Force” game, skiing, travel and growing in God’s Word!
Aaron and Sarah Coleman
Ten:Ten & 11:33 Worship Lead
Aaron and Sarah are an incredibly gifted couple. Both have theology degrees with a missional emphasis and they share a passion for God and people! Aaron is an accomplished pianist and brings a vibrant edge to worship on guitar! The Coleman’s believe in a lifestyle of worship of our Lord. Aaron’s authentic
leadership invites everyone to uniquely contribute to the worship experience. Gathering Stones and the Falcon Community are blessed to be gifted with Aaron and Sarah! The Coleman’s enjoy everything Colorado and love Adventure – making them a perfect fit at Gathering Stones!

Tim and Kristine Garrett bring tremendous quality and experience to the Gathering Stones Leadership Team. With a rock solid commitment to God’s Word, creative ways to engage students and a relevant easy to understand approach, LivingStones Students are thriving! Ministry to Students in our community is: Priority! Our new “Falcon Community Youth Center” is now open! We continue to expand services and ministry to our community, youth and families! Tim and Kristine and our team of highly qualified youth workers and Youth Center staff are committed to helping students discover the Fullness of Life in Jesus!”

Stones KidZone Team of Highly Qualified Leaders
Stones KidZone is the most exciting place for Children in Falcon! Stones KidZone is a safe, professional and fun environment for children to grow and learn! Children often encourage their parents to return to Gathering Stones because of “Stones KidZone” and passionate, highly qualified and background checked leaders who invest in each and every child’s life!
*Snacks are served during KidZone. We intentionally serve snacks that are ‘less-messy’ and we are sensitive to those who may have allergies. If your child has allergies or requires special dietary considerations – be sure to make the KidZone staff aware.
Kate Bishop
KidZone Executive Lead
Kate has over 25 years of experience working with children – including licensed home day care, Scouting and Children’s Ministries. She and her husband Bob have three boys, ranging in age from elementary to high school. The whole family is active in Scouting and feels very blessed to be a part of Gathering Stones! Kate is a strong advocate for our children. She feels very passionate about making sure that the children are safe, grow closer to God, and know that they are an important part of the church family.Kate equips our BabyZone and KidZone Leads, providing training and oversight of ministry to Children.

Kelly and the BabyZone team are committed to professional and loving care of every precious infant. Baby’s enjoy interactive play, a Bible story and are prayed with during each adult worship service.
Tommy Skaggs
Elementary Lead
Tommy provides exceptional ministry and care for each child! Children love the highly interactive approach of KidZone! Children enjoy a snack* and age appropriate high-energy worship, Bible story, games and much more! Tommy and Tracy have four children: Bailey, Brynlee, Bellami and Brady.
Stacie Smith
ToddlerZone Lead
Stacie is committed to the very best experience for toddlers to learn, grow and have fun! Children are served a snack* and will learn about God through crafts, games, songs, Bible stories and positive interaction with loving adults.
